 125 g Tempeh
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp vinegar (apple cider, dark rice)
 2 tsp maple syrup
 0.50 tsp cumin
 smoked paprika (knife's tip)

Slice tempeh thinly (3-5 mm). Steam for 8-10 minutes, while blending the ingredients for the marinade. Marinade for 15-30 minutes (longer is better). Fry on medium-low temp or bake.
