Mushy Peas

Ingredients

 250 g Frozen Peas
 ½ Lemon, juiced
 2 tbsp Shredded Mint leaves
 25 g Butter

Directions

Cooked peas in boiling water for ~8 mins, or as per packet instructions until slightly soft. Drain and place in a bowl to mash.

As you are mashing, add butter, lemon juice, salt to taste, and combine until desired mushy consistency has been achieved. Stir through shredded mint, and serve.

Mushy Peas

Just good.

Works really well on buckwheat instead of polenta.
