Flourless Hazelnut Chocolate cake

Ingredients

 225 g Butter
 200 g Sugar
 4 Eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
 200 g Hazelnut Meal
 30 g Cocoa Powder
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 100 g Dark Chocolate, melted
 Blueberries/Cherries to top or stir through

Pre-heat oven to 170C

Beat butter and sugar till smooth.

Add vanilla essences, and eggs, one at a time, beating well between each addition.

Fold in hazelnut meal, baking powder and cocoa powder. Then add melted chocolate (and blueberries/cherries/choc chips if desired) and fold to combine.

Pour into cake tin, topping with blueberries/cherries as desired.

For a cake, bake 40-50 mins, cupcakes 30-35, or until a skewer comes out clean.
