
A cookie-pantry staple
Preheat oven to 180C / gas mark 4.
Line baking tray/s with baking paper.
Use a hand held mixer (or just a spoon) beat the peanut butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the egg/flax egg and baking powder and continue to beat until well combined cookie dough forms. Finally, stir in the choc bits.
Roll into balls and place on tray with enough spreading room. Press slightly to flattern with fingers or a fork.
Bake for 10-12 mins or until golden.
Allow to cool, and enjoy!
