Spelt Pancakes

Yields1 ServingCategory, ,
 375 ml milk (1.5 cups)
 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 300 g Spelt Flour (Dinkelmehl)
 3 tbsp Vollrohrzucker/Brown Sugar
 2 tsp Baking Powder
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 ¼ tsp Salt
 3 tbsp Oil
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract or Cinnamon

Combine milk and vinegar, and allow the milk to sour

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, and whisk to combine.

Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients, and then add in wet ingredients, whisking until just combined. The batter will be on the thicker side.

Ladle into a hot fry pan, flipping once bubbles appear on the surface.
