Vegan Waffles

Slightly heavier and fatter waffle

 2 Flax Egg (2 tbsp flax seeds, 6 tbs warm water)
 1 ½ cups milk
 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 240 g Plain Flour
 1 tbsp Baking Powder
 ½ tsp Salt
 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
 ¼ cup Oil
 ½ tsp Cinnamon

While souring the milk and letting the flax egg develop, combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients into the milk, and then slowly add into the dry ingredients, mixing with a whisk until just combined.

Cook in a waffle iron until golden, and top with whatever makes your heart sing (probably a lot of maple syrup).
