Breakfast Beans

Ingredients

 2 cans of navy/small white beans
 0.50 tbsp dried chicken or vegetable stock
 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
 2 tbsp tomato paste
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tbsp cider / balsamic / black rice vinegar
 2 cloves of garlic
 0.50 tsp cornstarch
 water, salt, pepper

Directions

Basically, mix all ingredients, except cornstarch, in a pot with enough water to just cover the beans and let simmer for a while. Then, blend the cornstarch with some extra water in a small cup and stir it in to thicken.
