 180 g glacĂ© cherries
 100 g desiccated coconut
 80 g coconut flour
 40 g condensed milk
 20 g coconut oil
 34 tsp cherry flavouring
 250 g dark chocolate
 2 drops red food colouring

Combine the cherries, coconut flour, condensed milk, coconut oil and cherry flavouring - blitzing in a food processor, or roughly chopping cherries and mixing by hand. Add the desiccated coconut and combine.

Spread into a small baking tray (option to bake a little)

Allow to cool, cut into desired shapes, and coat in chocolate.
