Cornbread

Sweet or savoury, these always go down a treat. Quick and versatile.

 1 cup Flour
 1 cup Polenta
 1 Egg (or flax egg)
 1 cup Milk
 ¼ cup Oil
 3 tbsp Sugar
 1.20 tsp Salt
 3 tsp Baking Powder

Put all ingredients in bowl and mix gently. Pour into greased loaf pan or muffin pan.

bake approx. 22 min. on medium heat (~170C)
