Use this recipe to alter amounts, or if you want to use dry yeast.

Combine yeast, water and sugar
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
Whisk yeast mixture into dry ingredients, at least 30 seconds.
Allow to sit in a warm place for 15-30 minutes, until frothy and has risen approx 20%
Pre heat pan (cast iron works well), on Mountain View stove 6-7.
Use butter to grease rings.
Use small ladle, 2x for egg rings and tiny rings, 2.5-3x for big rings.
Allow to cook until bubbles have popped, and the edges are cooked through.
Remove rings and flip to get golden on top.
