Preheat oven to 180 C.
Mix oats, spices, salt and chopped nuts in a big bowl. Then stir in the date syrup until well mixed. Melt the coconut oil and add to bowl. Mix until everything is blended together well.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet, patting it down a bit for bigger crunchier bits and bake for 18 min (approx, depending on your oven).
Let cool completely, break into bits and store in an airtight container
