Rum Balls

Australian "baking" classic

 250 g Plain Biscuits, crushed
 395 g Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)
 1 cup Coconut
 ¼ cup Cocoa
 1.50 tbsp Rum, to taste (Malibu)
 1 cup Coconut, extra for decoration

Crush biscuits by hand or in food processor.
Add rum, cocoa and coconut and stir to combine. Then add Sweetened Condensed Milk. Roll into balls and roll into extra coconut.
