Combine Starter, flour, salt and butter (and herbs as desired) to form a cohesive batter. Allow to rest for at least 30 mins.
Preheat oven to 180C.
Roll out on a piece of baking paper until quite thin, using extra flour to assist the process. Brush with oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and score into squares.
Bake 20-25 mins.
