Vegan GF Peanut Butter Fudgy Brownies

A lovey rich gooey Brownie experience

 120 g Dark Chocolate
 80 g Butter
 20 g Cocoa Powder
 6 tbsp Aqua Faba
 60 g Peanut Butter
 180 g Sugar
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
 60 g GF Flour mix
 1 pinch Salt

Preheat oven to 160 fan forced/ 180 conventional
Melt Chocolate and butter together in a bowl over boiling water. Allow to cool slightly, then stir in cocoa powder until smooth.

Add sugar, aquafaba, peanut butter and vanilla essence, and using a hand held mixer, combine until smooth and most of the sugar has dissolved. Add flour and salt, and continue mixing until a thick batter has formed.

Transfer into a brownie tin, and bake for 20-22 minutes at 160 degrees fan force oven (180 conventional). Once desired brownie texture arrived, allow to cool and set.
